All plants can also be collected direct from our nursery by prior arrangement at no charge (please note our nursery does not open to the public).
Container Grown Perennial Plants and Garden Accessories can be ordered and will be delivered at any time of year. Usually 7-10 days.
Container Grown Perennials Order: Anytime of year Delivery: Within 7-10 days of order
To make sure each Bare Root Perennial plant is delivered to you in the best possible condition, bareroot deliveries are made in early Spring for all plant orders confirmed before the end of April. Orders placed after the end of April are delivered the following Spring. All bare root plants are also available as Container Grown Perennials in pots.
Bare Root Perennials Order before: 31st March Delivery: March and April
Plug Plants Order before: 31st March Delivery: March, April and May
Bulbs Order before: 30th November Delivery: Autumn the same year
Please note that all plants in the "Bulbs" section are delivered in Autumn and the delivery charge for bulb orders is £4.95. All bulbs are also available as Container Grown Perennials in pots at other times of year.
Returns
Every care is taken to ensure that the plants arrive in prime condition - please follow planting instructions (FAQs). If you have a complaint please contact us by email immediately and always within 5 days.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time within 7 days of placing your order for a full refund, unless goods have already been despatched.
Faulty Goods
If you are unhappy with any products purchased from bare root perennials you may return them to us in their original condition within 5 days of receipt. We will then issue a refund for the full amount paid.
Please repack the items in their original packaging and send them to us following the instructions printed on the invoice. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as Shoots and Roots cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of goods. Refunds of postage and packaging will only be made for faulty goods. |
