How To Order

All plants in all sections are available all year round as Container Grown Perennials, already in pots. These are sent out to you within 7-10 days of your order.

To make sure your Bare Roots and Plugs are delivered to you in the best possible condition, deliveries are made in early Spring.

Bulb orders are sent out in November. If you want to order bulbs after this date, we can hold your order for delivery the following November or, you can find all bulbs, ready-potted in 2 litre pots, in the Perennials section of the website.

Delivery: ALL YEAR ROUND

Bare Root Perennials
Order: NOW
Delivery: Next Spring or during the dormant season, depending on variety

Bulbs
Order before: 30th November
Delivery: Autumn same year

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time within 7 days of placing your order for a full refund, unless goods have already been despatched.

Faulty Goods

If you are unhappy with any products purchased from Shoots and Roots you may return them to us in their original condition within 5 days of receipt. We will then issue a refund as long as goods are returned to us 'as new' and in a saleable condition.

Please repack the items in their original packaging and send them to us following the instructions printed on the invoice. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as Shoots and Roots cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of goods. Refunds of postage and packaging will only be made for faulty goods.
